Farmhouse BBQ is a mobile business that plans to have a brick and mortar location in Asheville within the next 3 months. We offer Grass-Fed Beef Brisket and Pasture-Centered Pulled Pork procured from local producers with an emphasis on raising animals humanely and with respect (always free-roaming and without the use of hormones or antibiotics). All of our sides are lovingly made from scratch and non-GMO as well as free of corn syrup, MSG and preservatives. Our meats are smoked with local NC oak and we never use any fuel or electricity in our smoker. Our mission is to feed our community how we would feed our own family. Our smoker was forged here in Asheville from found parts and built to exacting standards to provide the best quality in every cook.
