Vendor application for an outdoor 10x10 booth space at 68 Haywood Street in Downtown Asheville on the fourth Saturday of every month May-October, noon-7pm. Vendors can apply for any or all dates. Please specify your preferred date(s) in the form below.
We still have a few spaces for the June 23rd date! PLEASE submit your application soon, though, as we expect to sell out. All other dates are still available unless otherwise marked on the application. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors must provide their own booth, weights, tables and chairs.
For Makers & Manufacturers
The items represented for sale MUST be handmade or altered by you or manufactured regionally in WNC.
The items you sell must be found objects, vintage and no longer in production.
For Food Vendors
All food must be prepared locally by you and your company. For food trucks, we ask that you feature at least 1 dish with main ingredients sourced locally. Please note, we do not allow corporate drinks or soda not made locally to be sold, there will be vendors providing local drinks.
For Retail Shops
ALL items you sell at this event must be made by local artisans from WNC. We suggest you check with the vendors you would like to represent to make sure there is no overlap or redundancy represented at the fair.
PLEASE NOTE: NO contemporary MASS-PRODUCED, IMPORTED GOODS WILL BE ALLOWED. This application is open to independently-owned, locally operated businesses, artists, makers and service providers based in the WNC Region.
The vendor fee is $100 (per date that you are accepted for) and is due upon notification of acceptance. The fee for shared booths is $125 per date. Food Trucks wishing to participate must also fill out this form. The fee for trucks is $150 per date. We have access to electricity on-site, generators are not allowed.
All vendors must submit a one-time nonrefundable $10 fee with your application (no matter how many dates you apply for). You will be redirected to our payment form when you submit.
