Pam Granger Gale has been making paper since 1990. I use the ancient techniques of Chinese papermakers to make note cards, stationery, journals, and scrapbooking paper. My stationery has a sizing which allows bleed-free writing. My journals are covered with my hand made paper and encompass Japanese stab binding, Secret Belgian Binding and Coptic style bindings. I also have a line of recycled, plantable cards which use seeds from Sow True Seed Company in Asheville. Marbling fabric and clothing is a new addition to my booth. I use the 17th Century technique of floating paint on a thick gel and create designs with picks. Then the fabric is laid on top of the design. Each design is one of a kind and different the next time I create it. I have tank shirts, baby one piece garments, and bowties.
